35 is the new 26! – We bought this to replace our 26lb I’ve maker that died just after the one year warranty ran out.

Good chewy ice – After having it running for a couple of days I realized the ice was made, would start melting and then the machine would start again making more ice. It seemed to be on more than not. So I made 2 batches and filled 2 large zip lock freezer bags and put them in the freezer. I turned off the machine. When I run out of “bagged” ice I’ll turn the machine back on and make more. I take the bagged ice out several times a day and fill my cup.

makes a lot of ice – just installed it yesterday and after a couple of hours we had a full bin of ice. we have had a bullet ice machine for the last couple of years and it just wasn’t making good ice cubes. always wanted a sonic ice machine but they were commercial and way too expensive. this makes great ice and the ice lasts a long time in your glass. its a little more frozen than sonic ice. also the bin stays full of ice. some ice makers seem to get a little pile of ice in the back of the bin and it stops making ice. this morning, i had a full bin of ice to the top. i broke it up a little with the ice scoop that comes with it. really pleased with this ice machine. my friends bought one somewhere at a store by another manufacturer and i looked it up and it was over $500. there’s doesn’t work near as good as this one does since the bin’s sensor stops making ices when it piles up in the back. also, theirs makes a noise like a cat when it defrosts. i haven’t heard anything like that yet.

Stopped working correctly, but customer service took care of me – I actually had issues with the product. It was working but started making terribly loud squeaking sounds within the first month. I missed the 30 day return period and wasn’t sure what I was going to do with a product that I wasn’t using anymore and that I had paid so much for. Amazon put me in touch with the seller and we were able to work out a discount on the product. So while I quit using the product within about a month, the customer service from the seller has made up for it.

Be careful!!! – Purchased April 13th 2022 worked great easy to use until August not even 6 months old and the power and clean buttons would not work.it should have a 1 year warranty but I’m not sure as I could not get ahold of the company that makes it so I tried to get the info from Amazon (could have been anything from needing a simple reset to buttons just going out) so Amazon says they can’t contact seller or give any info so only option is to get a full refund as long they can have ups pick it up. Fast forward a week an a half later I get my refund but it was $70 short. So I called them and was informed that there is a 70 restocking fee that is to come out of it. I was able to speak to a supervisor and was given that back however I would be really careful as it seems they intend to sell the broken one that I returned
