Works just as I hoped – Makes really soft ice, having that space in the middle of it. Crazy how fast it turns out ice. I don’t think it stays super cold in the machine so I dump the ice into my freezer, ice section to use through fridge door. It is a bit loud but I’m so glad we bought this. Highly recommend. Easy to clean out when not in use. Get it!

It is slow but keeps making ice – The ice maker is fine and it works. I would prefer a bit larger bin for the cubes to collect in, but that is a minor issue. It is not very noisy but it does take up a fairly large bit of counter space for the amount of ice it produces. I cannot use it in my kitchen. There is no room for it. I put it in the guest bathroom since we have not had any guests for over year.

Nifty Little Machine – Needed an ice maker that is not to large but also to provide the amount of ice I needed, checked few other options on Amazon and nothing particularly striking, decided an a independent research and found this little machine that was actually on Amazon website, after reading about the features, compared to others, I decided to purchase this unit, was a bit unsettled at first and was eager to receive the machine.

Quieter than many, easy to use and maintain – I have had many of these little ice makers over the years. Some have broken down after only a year or two, but most have lasted 3 to 5 years. This machine appears a bit nicer looking than most, and operated the same way the others do, but quitter in operation. I can’t comment on longevity but I’m my esperience, the quieter units lasted longer than the noisy ones.

A nice product – The only issue I have with this product is the ice tends to melt if I’m not there to get it out immediately. The other issue is the plug on the bottom is not east to get to in order empty any left over water. There is very little noise and I really like the size of the cubes.

No free return on this item! – I got this in anticipation of having an icing machine after surgery. I no longer need it, its still brand new, never been out of the box, but I’ll have to pay to return it. I would never have bought it if I’d known that’s the case.
