      Love the separate zones – Like the separate zones with doors and the unit over all is fine. A little disappointed in the fact that they sent one on Wednesday and ANOTHER on Thursday. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence that they have their act together. I did return the second one against the desires of my oldest son who wanted it.

      Customer service is top notch – I purchased this item in September; in December the unit had a temperature sensor issue. Koolatron sent a new unit. Five star customer service! I was an administrative assistant for a high-end retail vice president. I know what customer service should be. I would not hesitate to purchase from Koolatron in the future. Absolutely love this wine fridge!
