Excellent Purchase – We purchased this Induction cooktop after much research. It had all the features we were looking for in an induction cooktop at a reasonable price. We checked appliance stores in the area and the soonest they were able to get one was 8 weeks. By ordering it through Amazon we could get it in 4 days – however, we knew then that if there was a problem, we’d have to go through the Frigidaire company as we had no appliance store’s service to back it up. The item came within the time stated and was in great shape. We installed it to replace our electric cooktop. After a couple days we realized the largest burner was only creating heat in the front of the element – not the back. We contacted Frigidaire’s service and got through easily – no long holds!! They were very responsive and made an appointment while I was on the phone for a local service company to come and look at it. I was amazed and grateful that this went so well! Within the original date for service we received a call from the service company for more information, and the service was done within the anticipated time, under the warranty. The adjustment took 30 minutes. The cooktop works perfectly. We are extremely satisfied with the experience and we couldn’t have expected a better outcome! The cooktop is beautiful, amazingly fast and functions perfectly – as expected!! No more ‘over-boils’, scalding, or burning as the induction elements respond instantaneously as you adjust the temps. Far, far quicker response than gas or conventional electric. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase!!

OMG. This stove is incredible. – I swapped this cooktop in for an Amana conventional Ceran cooktop. It was perfectly good, b weut slow, never seemed to get hot enough, and a pain to clean any spill-over burns. I wanted something better.
