Lack of information makes for a very frustrating installation – No hoses included or a power cord for the drier. Nothing in the description tells you that it’s an electric STEAM dryer so it needs a separate hookup for water. Frustrated by the lack of all this information in the description.

Dryer lint filter not designed well – The Dryer has a lint “clamshell” This came out during a dry cycle and now lint is stuck through the entire system. Towels and socks are inside the drier’s blower fan and now I have to spend hours dismantling or call a technician. Only had for 1 month. Buy a better designed model.

Great machines – These do not come with the hoses for the washer and missing a power cord. Great working machines. Washer door needs to be kept open between use to allow it to dry out and not mold.

1 month old and having to have service tech come out – purchased washer and dryer a month ago. worked until today, the child lock is stuck on and i cannot run the washer. I followed the manual directions with no result. I chatted with an Electrulux “tech” online. she read me what the manual said, DUH!! she had no other suggestions but will send someone out on 12-28, 5 days away. This was my first Electrulux and it will probably be my last.
