Horrible. Can’t even use – Can’t even use the damn thing because we can’t attach it to any of our standard faucets and I’ve been hunting a connecter of some form for months so that we can even try it. In hindsight it seemed convenient for me and my family especially so we could spend less money on laundry, but it’s caused us such stress and annoyance.

Not Your Momma”s Washing Machine – This is great for small places and is not too heavy so it’s pretty manueverable. As long as there is only one item at a time, it’s not too noisy, but to only use the short hose provided to fill the washer makes emptying the water during spin because the hose to let water out is also to short. It should come with either longer hoses or a longer electric cord. I have to use an extension cord and put it on the tub. I use it every couple of days and it works well.

Definitely Recommend it! – I bought the 9 lb washer as I wanted the most compact one I could find. For the price I paid, I have a great washer but keep in mind is not for big loads. I’d say maybe 5 shirts or 1 pair of pants at a time. I especially like it because I don’t have to waste unnecessary water when washing a small load and it’s also quicker. It’s great when I have to wash in a rush. As for the customer service a Mr. Scotty helped me and definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my purchase.
