Must have kitchen tool – We bought it for extra burner space as we love to cook and do it a lot. Now we use it more than our regular size stove! I love that the temperature is actually showing F and not just level of heat or Hi/Low setting. It’s super easy to clean too

Also distance between burners is nice, as pot handle don’t interfere as with many of the other orientations would have. Also I was concerned with radical temp changes, seems ok so far! Unit has a muffin fan underneath, one for each burner. The fact it is completely flat, allows me to continue to use as counter top worksurface, and place a gas camp stove on top if I’m boon docking, again with easy cleanup underneath. Look’s really classy, and will buy again for other projects.
