Excellent unit and excellent customer service – I purchased a 15″ unit and thought it was a 2 zone cooler with separate adjustment for each zone. It was clarified that the 15″ was only a single zone cooler. The CS staff was very patient in providing answers to all my questions including the fact that the rotating bottle icon is a temperature lock to prevent accidental adjustment, not for toggling between 2 zones for the larger cooler. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of the unit and how quiet it is!

TYLZA Makes it Work – Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed, well built and nice looking wine refrigerator. The refrigerator arrived on time and I let it sit for a day before plugging it in. It rapidly cooled down and I loaded about 150 bottles of wine from my failing Vinotemp refrigerator. I added my own home automation temperature sensor and everything was great for about six weeks. Then, while out gathering some venison for Thanksgiving dinner, disaster struck and I got a text message that the refrigerator temperature exceeded my set threshold. I contacted TYLZA and ran through a couple tests. No joy, the refrigerator was not working. I had a local technician look at it and he confirmed that the compressor had failed. Lisa from TYLZA was on top of this issue and worked extremely hard to make sure the issue was taken care of and that I was happy. Given the repair cost estimates that I received, TYLZA decided to replace the refrigerator at no cost to me and it arrived promptly. Needless to say, it’s quite clear that TYLZA stands behind their products and honors their warranty, which is pretty impressive given the difficulties associated with international sales and service.

Why “almost” is because as in the product listing, it has to be 189 Bordeaux size bottles. So there is no deceptive advertising there. I set the temperature to 57 degrees but noticed that the compressor does not kick in until temperature goes to 61 degrees. I contacted the seller and they stated that its designed to go +1 to +8 before compressor kicks in. Wasn’t very satisfied with the answer and thus 3 star for Temperature Control otherwise 5 star for rest. Also the product had some scratches on the top left and right side of the door. I reported this to seller as well. At the end, they compensated me some money and extended my warranty. I am completely satisfied with the product.
