Every kitchen must have one – I love cooking, and I like to have a satisfying experience when I use my cooking tools. I had a food processor, but the bowel was too small with only one level of blades at the bottom. This meant that the food particles tended to stay on top while the blades were turning the bottom side into a mush. I was thinking of a product that had two levels of blades, and I would buy anything that had only this feature. This product was one of the very few in the market that is smart enough to use this design. When I first used it, I knew I had the right product. The blades are very sharp and positioned well, so a few seconds is enough to turn any vegetable or meat into tiny bits. What I really like about it is that it has two different speeds, and the lower speed creates slightly large pieces no matter how long you process the food with it. The higher speed produces finer pieces, and because the blades are sharp, you do not get a mush. It has two bowels, one large glass and one smaller stainless steel, and all pieces are very easy to clean. It also runs very silently, and I think this is one of the most satisfying cooking tools to use. Unfortunately, it is so good, you don’t need to use it for more than a few seconds.

I’ve also made arepa dough, with zero issues. I grind chicken gizzards/livers weekly, to add to my dogs diet, and the job is complete in 20-30 seconds. All other processing is a snap.

The glass bowl is thick and sturdy, and the smaller SS bowl is a nice weight. The bowls have detachable silicone rings at the bottom to keep them from sliding. Hard plastic bowl lids attach easily. The top section with the motor is simple to attach and easy to use. Does a good job of chopping hard vegetables. There are separate blades for each bowl and the blades seem sturdy. The blades come with nicely made protectors when not in use. The sharp blades are somewhat difficult to handle and tight when attaching or removing from the bowl, so I wear a protective glove when handling them.
