      Using off-grid, converted to propane, works pretty good – Converted this to propane, it comes with all the fittings you need. I had to look up many youtube videos to fully understand how to convert from NG to LP. The top burners are pretty easy, the oven… also actually was, once I figured out where it was.

      There is a package of brass fittings taped to the back I would imagine for propane – I live out in the country I could have driven into Tucson at paid $200 more for a brand that I didn’t like instead I chose to buy one online. I really seriously wondered how damaged it would be when delivered the package looked nice and square but the bottom was broken fortunately the engineering was such that the styrofoam took all the impact so the body of the oven was perfectly fine and I’m very happy it installed real well
