Excellent Hood Vent – I have a lot of professional kitchen experience and this hood is one of the closest home hoods to a restaurant hood that I have used. The dual fans provide an excellent amount of air movement without being loud. I really enjoy having the vent screens designed after a restaurant hood, it make them very easy to clean. My only complaints are that the lighting is a little dim and the buttons on the front are archaic in design but function very well. The only other thing that I would have liked is the option for this to come as a hardwired version and not just a plug, it is only a minor inconvenience having to remove a power cord to hardwire but an inconvenience none the less. All in all this is an EXCELLENT range hood.

First one came with a dent replacement was worse – First one came with a dent the second was worse the second box appeared like it had been already returned and sent out again the manufacturer label was bright white and sticks out like a sore thumb I will return the item and get a refund

The top mounting surface was on an ANGLE! – There was 3/4″ difference between front and back and I didn’t catch this until after it was mounted. Everytime we walked in the kitchen it was obviously crooked. I took it back apart and put a 3/4″ spacer on the front to make it level. After I posted this they emailed me and said its supposed to be crooked to drain the oil to the back. Seriously
