Silent and VERY recommended – I’ve had this since October 2021, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Particularly for me, I was worried about the noise level. I can absolutely confirm that it truly doesn’t make any noise at all! I’m so impressed. I’ve told all of our friends how I cannot believe how I never hear it. It’s amazing. VERY happy with this product and its cooling performance as well. It also fit perfectly in the space where I had removed a ULine ice maker. What a wonderful upgrade to our kitchen!

Better Than Expected – Going through a kitchen remodel I have been disppointed in a few things; however, one of them HAS NOT been the Smith & Hanks 32 bottle wine refrigerator. From the packaging, to the install, to the operation I couldn’t be happier! They have made a great product, it is quiet, easy to use, and looks perfect. The shelves slide nice too.

Great customer service – The 5 star rating is based on an initial 2 because our first unit was defective. However, I would now give it an 8 star rating because of the outstanding customer service provided by Jeff. After installation, the temperature settings were not working. It was easy to reach customer service and Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a new unit to be delivered. He assured us that the replacement unit would be double checked before it would be shipped. The second unit arrived in good time and works perfectly! It looks nice and fits the space well. Jeff also arranged for pickup of the first unit so that we were not inconvenienced in any way.

Worked ok, but not as we really wanted – The temperature control is alright. It was tricky trying to set the temperatures and it’s not what ever temps you want. The top and bottom stay within about ten degrees of each other, to the point that if you lower the top past a certain point it also lowers the top. I wanted to put whites on bottom and reds on top, but the top is cooler than the bottom and you can’t flip it. I wanted my reds at 55 degrees and my whites at 40 but it won’t spread that far apart in temp range.

We love our Dual Zone Wine Cooler – So far the wine cooler has been an excellent product and the it meets our requirements for wine. The red and white Dual Zone control panel is wonderful and we are not heavy drinkers so the amount of bottles is good for testy.
