Absolutely perfect for us – This is a very much bare-bones floor scrubber unit. But as a small janitorial company this is exactly what we can afford and it works perfectly for what we need. A lot of things are mechanical on the machine. Things like a lever to raise and lower the floor scrubber pad and the squeegee Rather than having an electric button, I’m OK with us. If that means I can pay less and get a great operating machine then by all means that’s what I want.
