FAIL as a smart device. – Claims to be smart, but you cant manage the unit from the app. Tub clean functionality has disappeared. The only benefit to it is you can get notifications on your phone when wash or dry is done. I work as an engineer and have a lot of smart home products, this is not the one you want if you want smart functionality or you will be disappointed.

Works flawlessly! – I really love this unit. You need to know though, as the previous reviewer mentioned, that this is not as smart as you may have hoped for. I turned it on using my phone and it started a wash. However, when it finished, I realized that it hadn’t put my dirty clothes inside. Then when it finished the wash it didn’t transfer it to the drier like I thought it would since it’s a smart washer. I am disappointed that I have to do so much work even though I can control all the electronics from my phone. Hope this helps!
