      Fans are loud – Please remind customer that assemble is required. Installation cost of range hood is not cheap, the more product information provided the less stress for customer.

      Damaged steel hood cover when received – I did not open until more than one month later since needed to find an installer. Could not return because it’s already exceeded one month. I have an older version of this Sakura model about 5 years old, I compared the two, the new one has louder sound and thinner steel hood cover, the improvement is there are two separate controls for two fans.
