A must have – I remember these from when I was younger, but wow. It is so good for so many reasons. For one, you don’t always need to pull out your big vacuum cleaner. This guy can make your place look representable in a snap. It is super good for cleaning up cat litter and debris off of lower fiber rugs and flooring. I use is all of the time. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to store. Love it!

Only good for light surface cleaning – The size and weight are good , the handle does not feel secure as you are pushing it,you have to go over surface quite a few times to clean light crumbs, its fine for my needs , would not recommend for deep cleaning or if threre is pet in the home

Good purchase! – We have four cats. Although the sweeper cannot replace a vacuum, clearly, it is great to use in between vacuumings. It picks up much of the cat hair and even gets bits of kitty litter in the rugs. It seems to work well on hard flooring as well as rugs with different levels of pile, but larger pieces of debris (like bits of cat food) do get left behind. It assembles easily and empties easily. The little comb for cleaning the brush is a bonus. We’d buy it again.

Carpet sweeper – This carpet sweeper does an excellent job picking up any small dirt, lint, cat hair, whatever, both from bare floor and carpet. It is very easy to use and clean. However, I downgraded it to 4* because the poor handle design. The handle arrived in the shipment in four sections and they telescope together to form one long handle. No matter how hard I squeezed the sections together, they eventually loosen up and fall apart. I had to glue them together with superglue. Very inconvenient. If you don’t mind the gluing job, I recommend this sweeper.

It totally works! – I bought this item to remove cat hair and kitty litter off my carpet and it works great. I was worried based on some reviews here that said the handle wouldn’t attach, or that all the hair would just get stuck in the brush or get balled up on the carpet, but I had no problems. I did have to use a little elbow grease when I first attached the handle but that’s it. This product is just what I needed for my cat who gets so scared when I use my electric vacuum. Now I can quickly clean the carpet and everyone is calm and happy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s not what I’d call quality workmanship, but it sure did the job. Others have mentioned it didn’t do great on hard floors. I agree but I have a broom and a dust mop for that.

This little gem is a time saver. – I ordered this after using one in a condo where I recently stayed. I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to pick up small crumbs and dirt on the hardwood floors. I didn’t get a chance to use it on carpet until I ordered one for myself. I wasn’t expecting it to give a deep clean to the carpet and it doesn’t. It does pick up crumbs and most of the dog hair without having to drag the vacuum out. It will also pick up most of the crumbs and dirt on the hardwood and doesn’t cause the dust to fly around like sweeping with a broom does. I’m happy with my purchase and am hoping it holds up to use for at least a few years.

Well built, but smaller than expected – I know the title is a bit weird, but this sweeper is a bit smaller than my others in the past. It is well built and seems to do it’s job the way it was designed to do. So what is my issue… not sure. It only has one main roller. It has some small angled brushes for corners… but overall, the design is very simple. So, I guess for the money, I was expected something more. Four stars for now for how it is built… and currently how it works. I will try to update this later.
