Works great so far. – The old oven quit working. It used more space so after install the cabinet had to be modified a bit but it turned out nice. We have used the oven for broiling and baking and it performed perfectly. Have not used the rotisserie yet. It’s great for the price. Delivery was fast and no issues.

We installed the product and realized the convection fan did not work. Item did not work as advertised. I requested a refund and sent the item back within the return window (included all parts). This all happened around May 1st. Today, I received notice that I would be receiving partial refund for the product. I was told we had to pay a restocking fee…for an item that did not work…made no sense. Thankfully, Amazon is working to fix the issue and get full reimbursement–again, for an item that did not work when received. I will find out what happens in 48 hours. As far as the product goes, I gave it a 2 star rating only because I think it would have been a great kitchen tool, but am not happy that I have to jump through hoops for something that came to me broken.
