Good choice for the job needed. – Oh my, this reminds me of my military days, except for a few things. It’s not hard to handle, it’s not loud, and it’s what we need for our cleaning business. There’s one thing and I hope it’s just that I haven’t figured it out. The wheels will not stay up. From researching and comparing, this is a very good heavy duty floor cleaner.

It does what it is designed to do without fanfare… – I am refinishing all of the floors in my house. Which initially requires stripping off paint and other materials using a sanding attachment. It is effective, has enough weight to make sanding effective with twelve grit sandpaper.

I’ve seen better, and also the “extra” electrical shock safety feature … – I think the “lever” that locks and unlocks as needed to reposition the handle is a little funky..I’ve seen better, and also the “extra” electrical shock safety feature regarding the required grounded outlet and the 3 levers that have to be pulled simultaneously when one starts the machine are difficult. I can’t seem to get it right. Its always a struggle to get the machine turned on. I don’t think its needed. Its annoying. I would buy a different machine.

I needed a replacement bolt where the handle attaches and called direct to the manufacturer. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and the bolt arrived in two days. She even called me back to make sure I got the bolt!
