Small – Works really well. Easily moved into position. Surprisingly large capacity for its footprint. Leveling takes a bit, and you’ll want shims if installing on an inclined or irregular floor. A little assembly, screwdrivers, pipe wrench, channel locks, bubble level, shims, riser pipe, large free floor drain required. Took about 2 hours to move and install. Spin cycle is kinda loud, but otherwise quieter than most other washers. Recommended.

Not worth the money or the trouble of getting in your house after it’s dropped off – I love my new washer. It cleans your clothes great. I am happy I got it. After 1 month of use the washer will not spin the clothes right. They are still soaked. Went the washer is agitating it sounds like gears grinding. I am very, very upset!!!! I am going to call about this. I’ll see what happens now!?

Surprised at how great this thing is! – I was hesitant to get this, but during the Pandemic I hated going to laundry mats. My biggest concern was if this could handle washing a Queen size comforter, and it can handle a heavy one with ease. (Just be sure to wash it alone, balance it and use the Bulky setting!)

DONT LET THE BAD REVIEWS FOOL YA – In 3 days it was on my front porch. I thought I was going to wait the 2 weeks it asked for but nope. Hooked it up and was weary about some bad reviews. But honestly as I read the booklet first, in the instructions its got all the tips to not go through all the bed reviews i saw. So ok it levels itself, there’s a reason it may smell like burning rubber. READ YOUR BOOKLET! I had no issues. I put a blanket and some in this washer. So happy I bought this model and worth every penny. Very satisfied here.
