No response from their store – Worked great for about 4 months until the drain hose broke, I messaged their store a few times as well as Amazon customer service asking about a replacement, Amazon has even messaged them and hasn’t received a response. I recommend getting a different one from another store just in case something goes wrong and you need to speak with them.

Amazing purchase – I bought this washer about 2 and a half years ago and it still runs just as amazing as it did the first day I got it. It has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made and I highly recommend if you live in an apartment like I do or housing that doesn’t have a washer in unit to buy this.

Good washer for any small space. No special outlet needed! – First. Despite what other reviews have said, it is a pumping drain. See my video. Washes, drains and spins great. Yeah it does require more steps than a full sized set it and forget it. But, it is good for small daily load and can use a normal outlet. Mine does leak slightly around the top when it washes so for the moment I just put a lid under the whole thing so it doesn’t wet my floor. I will be checking on this with either Amazon or the manufacturer so I expect it will not be permanent issue. I did duct tape an attachment to the fill hose to attach to my faucet. I also assume that home depot could figure out a work around attachment for easy hookup. For the low price and simplicity it is a positive purchase for me. No more Laundromat during quarantine is awesome!

Junk – I bought vmy machine on 2/23/21little over 1 month it quit draining a month ago it quit all together. Amazon tried twice to contact the seller never had a reply look for company on web can’t find a phone number. I have a choice let a piece of junk sit in my house for 6 months until amozon warranty picks up. Amazon other then trying to contact seller has been no help. I am extremely frustrated. Probably junking and getting a refund on on warrenty. Buy at your own risk

Love this machine! – Weekday a great little unit! Remember, this isn’t huge, it’s for smaller loads so yes,, you have to break one big one into a couple smaller but it’s GREAT! Love how white you can get white clothes. Remember, a big washer has a ringer cycle and you need to rinse when you are running the spinner. Clothes are so close to dry when you take them out if you haven’t overloaded it. And when you have, you’ll know by sound and vibration. The only drawback I have found is the drain pump is not overly strong, need to keep the hose down lower to get it to drain well.
