Kind of frustrating – You could tell the machine got tossed around in shipping and since it is not supposed to be tilted for a long period of time it’s causing problems with it we think. We keep having to reset the machine a lot the the lights and buttons on top keep just randomly stop working

Does the job for the price – I purchased this for my office. Very easy to set up and does the job. I do find it to be a bit noisy when it is making ice. Once the bin is full, it automatically shuts off, so it’s very noticeable when it cranks up again to make ice. While the ice bin pulls out easily, it does make a bit of a mess with water underneath and it’s not super convenient to scoop. Overall, you get what you pay for and this makes ice, so I consider it a good value. I do love the sleek design.
