Great Little Freezer – We purchased this small freezer for our garage for the new home we just purchased. It really works well, and of course takes up little space. It maintains the interior temperature great, because I monitor it with a Bluetooth interior thermometer. I’m quite pleased with its performance and price!

Packaging issue seems to be fixed! – So, so glad I bought this freezer for my garage… I was nervous based on earlier reviews that it would be packed poorly and damaged during shipping. But it seems that issue has been resolved! The freezer was carefully packed with hard plastic corner protectors at the bottom, swaddled in styrofoam, wrapped again in plastic, and tightly secured in a cardboard box. It arrived the very next day, upright, and in pristine, perfect condition!!

Poor customer service – This has poor customer service or maybe non existent. I tried to contact them but with Naomi response. The freezer ruined $200 worth of food.. I tres to restart it. It worked the third try but now zi don’t trust it so I bought a Frigidaire upright freezer instead.

Arrived Dented but was packed well. Dent had to come from manufacturers. – I really liked the freezer, but once we unpacked it, we found a large dent on the front panel. The shipping packaging seemed to be properly secured, no dents on the outside of the box it was shipped in. Our guess is that the manufacturer shipped a dented freezer in a secured and strong box. So I can’t blame UPS for this one! The freezer seems to be working okay, but I’ve only had it for 24 hours. It is just disappointing to buy a new freezer and receive one that should have been on the “Scratch and Dent” Pile.
