      Broken and bent – When I first got it, took it out of the box, I didn’t notice damage. I threw away the box and waited about 5 days for my husband to install it. That’s when we noticed all the plastic parts were broken, chipped, and cracked. Also the metal frame was bent. It looks like this was stacked in a warehouse and something really heavy was on top.

      looks cheap – grates look white and cheap. Thought they would be stainless steel but look like cheap scratched metal.

      Nice range hood insert, for the price. – Nice range hood, a bit louder then anticipated and slightly lower CFM and suction than expected. Switch gear doesn’t appear to be really high quality. For the work to install the insert, I would spend a bit more money to get an overall higher level of quality.
