When summer arrives your going to be glad you have one of these – These have saved me so much money and now I always have ice, excellent for parties or family gathering, stop spending money on ice, make your own,and feel confident that you aren’t a slave to having to run out and buy,buy,buy more ice, I have to have ice when I get home and this Igloo ice maker, is a truly great addition to my household appliances, it makes quite a bit of ice in a short amount of time, unless you like having to make batch after batch from the ice makers in your refrigerator.

I really like it. – i got this to use at work. I like ice in my drinks. Everyone looked at me funny when It was delivered. It was easy to set up an in about 7 minutes there was ice. Now everyone at work uses it. I really like it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the water reservoir is not to big have to fill it several times a day but it gets used a lot everyday. And the ice hopper doesn’t keep the ice cold and it melts fast. If I had to buy another one I would have no problem getting another one.

It is junk and they won’t do anything about it! Buyer beware. My man complaint is I have to restart it every time it runs out of water, my last one automatically restarted and I find this annoying. It runs out of water frequently, small water reservoir, it does not have a self clean. But the ice is good and I use it all day long.

We wanted the small cubes and this works great, easily wipes dry after use, drains easily, and produces rapidly. Purchased filtered(9) bottled water at local market to reduce calcification issues. No taste. The cube size seems to be altered by the initial water temperture due to the timer. Shuts off with red light when water level falls to minimum. Add water and continues the cycles. Use the scoop to unload cubes into a freezer storage container/or let it shut down when its bin is full. Acceptable & reasonable cost.
