Like some, but not all, features. – I have been in the market for an ice maker because the ice maker in our expensive Maytag refrigerator has been a nightmare since day one and finally stopped making ice entirely, although the dispenser still works. I finally decided to order the Igloo ICEB26AQ. These are my findings.

Works well. – There are many brand ice makers, all of them overpriced. This makes ice very quick. If you need a lot of ice, you need to spend a lot of money. The only drawback is you are the water supplier. I would recommend it.

Perfect for my needs – This ice maker makes perfect ice for your drinks. It’s very quiet while making the ice. As To be expected dumping ice into the tray makes some noise. But nothing out of expected noise while doing this. I’m glad I got this ice maker. It’s perfect for my bedroom and will be used in our camper dung the summer. Works just like it’s supposed to. It does have a drain plug on the bottom to empty water.

Love this ice maker – I bought this last year because I was irritated with how many times I’ve had to have my built-in ice dispenser repaired in my refrigerator. It has worked flawlessly for over a year now. The only issue is with how to clean it when I start seeing the pink slime. I bought some bottle brushes with flexible handles to get back into the mechanism, and that is working fine. Every few weeks I carry the machine over to the sink, place it on the edge where the draining hole is positioned over the sink, and then I have my way with it! I use a vinegar/water solution in a spray bottle. Cleaning it at the sink allows me to use the spray hose from my faucet to rinse it out thoroughly. Family of 4 adults using it constantly and it is glorious!
