AWESOME BED CRUMB CLEANER!!! – I am bedridden with a chronic pain illness. So my bedroom (and my bed) have become grand central station in my home. Kids and hubby climb in and out of my bed all the time to cuddle or show me things or hang out or even eat with mom (me). This means crumbs crumbs crumbs and it was driving me nuts. I felt like I was constantly trying to wipe crumbs out of my bed…or at least clear a spot in the sheets for me to lie down in. Hmmm…that just didn’t sound quite right. Anyway, out of desperation i literally typed in google, “best way to get crumbs off ur bed.” And voila! I found this gadget. So naturally I then “Amazoned” it, and two days later I anxiously tore the wrapper off and began vacuuming my bed. I was a little dubious about a non battery or electrical gadget actually cleaning my bug bait up, but beggars can’t be choosers, right? And Oh wow! Crumbs began to disappear! The best part? Bc I wasn’t just dumping them back on the floor where people would smuggle them back into my bed when they stepped on them, I could now rest in peace knowing that at least THOSE crumbs would be gone forever and ever. Best bed crumb exterminator ever! Beats a rag or my hand trying to wipe crumbs away (btw u ever notice how when u use ur hand to wipe crumbs off ur bed they just seem to jump around and resettle somewhere else instead of getting neatly swept away? Ugh!)

Works ok – This is easy to use and picks up most loose items but it fills up quickly and it’s hard to open up to clean it out.

Bristle brush pick up – Vacuum is an inaccurate description since this is a bristle brush roller that sweeps up particles into a receptacle as it rolls back with your pushing motion. Shaking, brush side down, allows the particles to fall out. Good for very small cleaning of a flat surface.

The only downside is how hard it is to open. I found using a small flat screwdriver makes it easier to pop the side open to clean out, but I do wish there was an easier way.
