Title is Misleading. This is NOT an induction Cooktop – This is definitely NOT and induction cooktop. Induction cooktops do not generate the glow seen in the pictures. They only conduct heat to certain metals, aluminum and anodized aluminum—won’t work on induction. This also means that if you place your hand on an induction cooktop or any other non metal object, it will not heat up. The only heat that will be felt will be the transferred heat left over from a pot or pan that had been placed on top recently.

Handsome Unit – I like that this cooktop can be used on a counter or placed in a stove. I am in the midst of a kitchen renovation and have been using it on a counter. It is sleek and handsome and cooks well. The sensor controls are not intuitive. There us a learning curve albeit not a steep one. It is not easpecially fast at heating but cooks evenly and adequately. I like it.
