Great investment – This washer works well but it could be better.You need to use a 4 to 5 inch stepper to place it on.It will always spit out water from the water release hose.So place it on the bathtub,always put on a stepper otherwise you will drown the motor.There is a burning smell that drifts from the machine.You also need to use an extention cord cause the plug in cord is short.I add the water with a basin until it is 1 inch off the top.I use 1/2 a shot glass worth of laudry detergent.If this machine last for years it’s a winner!

Poor directions – I put off using this because I knew it was going to be a bit of trial and error in order to manage use. But the directions could have been a lot more clearer and saved me time from having to clean up water from my bathroom floor by outlining where to look for the indentations inside the machine that would tell you how high to fill the water. With the way my bathroom is set up ideally you would fill the tub within the bathtub or shower area it would make loosening the inlet easier. Learning curve. Not sure if worth cuz for the amount of time it takes to do a load, I probably could have already been to the laundromat and had an entire load and not 1/3. But I don’t like going outside so…

One complaint that I do have is the hose that drains the water should have a cap because when the washer is in use water shoots out of that hose even though it is hooked up on the side of the washer. I did however find something to Cap it off so water does not come out of it but I don’t think I should’ve had to do that, but it is working OK now. The washer does wash pretty darn good.
