Gets the job done – I battled with this thing a bit at first trying to figure out where to let it drain out at, proper water levels/soap amount, etc. But it fits perfectly in my little studio apartment and has been a lifesaver! The washer fits a good amount of clothing or a big blanket, but the dryer is pretty tiny. So I drain the water from the washer, do a manual rinse cycle by pouring clean water over the clothes and wringing them out, drain again, and wring them out well before putting them in the dryer. This is the method I use for best results. Then just hang the clothes up and let them dry. Beats the laundromat for sure!

Small and Convenient – I bought this for our cabin, and it has really come in handy for delicates and mostly for baby clothes (which we seem to dirty a lot while on vacation). Know that this is SMALL. It doesn’t take up much space at all, and is easily moved to wherever you need it. Considering the size, it works really well. All of the clothes came out clean, and it wasn’t loud. I can’t imagine anyone could live off of this as their primary washing machine, but it’s perfect for vacationing or “in-law quarters”. I think it would also work well if you just needed delicates washed, but didn’t want to do a full load (such as to save water), but I haven’t used it for that purpose. Would definitely recommend for cabin “emergencies”.

Well….. – It came four days after the time it was supposed to come, the driver/delivery person didn’t ring my bell they throw it in my yard, and the spin dryer stopped working after two uses! It’s not noisy but you know it’s running while it’s on. I don’t think it was worth what I paid for it just because the sooner stopped working. If the manufacturer is looking at these reviews make a better spinner and refund or fix our broken machines!!!!
