Good Hood for the Price – Is was difficult to install by myself and so I recommend two people — one to hold the hood and the other to drill it into the underside of the cabinet. I like the Stainless Steel finish and the fan’s two levels work great. I wish the hood came with an LED light.

GE Hood Vent – I bought the GE Hood Vent from another store. It looks nice and works just fine. What I wish I had realized when I bought it is the light is up inside the vent in the front. The light only shines down on the two front burners. No light on the back two burners, and I’m unable to see the indicator knobs on the back of the stove showing which is “left front, left back”, etc., without turning on a ceiling light. This is something you don’t realize until it’s installed. I hope this helps someone else make the same mistake I did.
