Defective – Item arrived packaged pristinely, unfortunately, the unit has no power. Multiple outlets have been tried and tested for voltage and the unit will not power on. Extremely disappointed as a lot of money was spent on an appliance, we waited three weeks for, to not have it work directly out of the box. Have yet to hear back from seller regarding resolution but I sincerely hope returning the unit is not a nightmare and we receive a full refund.

Love this GE Dishwasher – I absolutely love this little workhorse. This unit even has a built-in garbage disposal, which is the reason why I chose this over a different brand (Danby). Previously I had had a Danny, and in comparison, the GE is head and shoulders above in quality, and easy to operate, quiet machine and just gets the dishes super clean. I only wish they had the 18 inch model in a built in option, as I am looking for a built-in for another project. Highly recommend this unit! We have had zero problems with it, I run a load just about every day. I wonder if other reviewer who is mentioning a leak it’s just overloading the soap?

Has Leaked from Day One! – Keep looking. This is the worst designed appliance I’ve ever owned. It has leaked from the first use and now, extended warranty and 1.5 years later (and 10 repair attempts) it’s still leaking, doesn’t clean well and has been designated as unrepairable. GE couldn’t care less. They will blow you off and wait you out until the warranty expires, then basically tell you to piss off. They should have replaced this after the 2nd pump, motor and water inlets were installed. If you’re smart, you’ll find another brand to purchase.
