The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly – It makes some improvements over it’s predecessor, but some steps back as well. It cleans just as well as other Frigidaire Professional models I have owned.

Do not buy Electrolux – We have an Icon Electrolux dishwasher and since day one it has been a disaster. The machine will stop in the midde of the cycle and stay there. We had this machine services 12 or 13 times and the result is ZERO. The company does not want to replace the machine. I had talked to multiple supervisors without success. Moreover, there is absolutely no way you can leave a negative feedback on the Electrolux web page, I tried and the feedback was not accepted. In summary, I will never buy this brand again!

Extremely quite but doesn’t dry very well – UPDATE: I have been using this dishwasher about once a week for 1 1/2 years and I can honestly say STAY AWAY from it. It does not dry at all and it will be a hit or miss on whether it cleans your already prewashed dishes. This is by far the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased.

Just Don’t – I have finally given up. This POS costs over $800.00 and it didn’t make a month before a technician had to come out to work on it. We have had it for 3 years and it has been worked on at least five times. It has stopped working again. Save yourself and run for your life. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t Buy – I would NOT recommended buying this dishwasher. It half washes dishes, does not dry AT ALL, therefore leaving a terrible smell inside. I tried contacting the seller soon after purchasing and got nowhere. Very disappointed.

Replacing our $900 washer now. – This washer is prone to electrical issues and the control boards shorts out. It also has problems during the cycle sometimes. It has just completely quit on us and I’m on amazon looking for replacements. On the plus side it’s even more quiet than it was since it doesn’t work at all.

Horrible Product – What a waste of money!!! This dishwasher along with all the other matching appliances suck. Particularly this one does not want to turn on half the time, the soap dispenser has not wanted to open, half washes items at time even though I clean them all the way prior to even putting them in dishwasher, and now the touch panel does not want to sense anything… all within a month of purchasing! Ridiculous!
