racks are PVC coated and create a horrible odor – the horrible odor from the PVC coated racks sticks to your dishes–you have to unload and let your dishes air out –racks also start disintegrating quickly and you have metal next to your dishes -the wash is about 2 hours and I have to pre-clean dishes -it is quiet enough and has a sanitize wash
