      Install is not for the faint of heart – I built my own house so I have a little experience when it comes to installing appliances and fixtures. This took me a little less than an hour to install. I had to work with the two top sections for a bit to get them together to suit me, but I am happy with the result. In the end, i have to say I am pleased with the unit. It is simple to operate, reasonably quiet and the lights are my favorite part.

      NOT EASY TO INSTALL! – Absolutely the worst instructions ever. Suppose to mount flush against the wall but stuck the cord out the back. I ended up having to completely take it apart, reconfigure the wiring in order to hide the cord.l have low kitchen ceiling and despite the description on Amazon telling me that this would work, it didn’t and l was forced to once again reengineer it.What should have been a 20 minute job ended up 4 hours. Unless you are very handy stay away

      Works great and price was right – Been finishing a kitchen remodel on my own. Installed the vent hood myself. My only complaint is the packaging blue film was a pain to get off! That stuff was in every nook. Oh and finger prints show, but it is stainless steel so that’s normal
