      Not working correctly – Mine isn’t suctioning air at all. Unless it’s installed incorrectly. Anyone can give me an idea please. It’s not working at all as far as suction. I felt inside its blowing out air instead. Anyone can give me your thoughts please. Thanks

      Hard to install – Very hard to install and remove the horrible protective blue sticker stuff. Recommend doing that before putting it up. It’s also very difficult to install the final securing screws.

      This range hood is beaitiful – This range hood is beautiful! It came well packaged and next day from when I ordered it. My husband installed it and he is pretty handy, but it only took him about 30 min. Very easy and it looks awesome. Lights are bright, fan has 3 settings, low, med, high. Very easy to use and I love it

Did have a good size ding in the front but it needed to be installed that day so it could not be returned. The owner had a small sign with a quote about family she asked before i installed it. I ask her if that would be a good place for the sign. The song was dead center on the shroud. So the sight went perfectly on top of it. But it really should have been a damaged return. The template was ok if you were going to use it full extension. I had to cut and take to modify. Looks nice. The soft touch of a little slow. It all works you just need to hold for an extra second. Maybe like 3. Seems like that’s not a lot. But try tying on your phone and holding everything for 3 seconds each. Ok like a touch screen ATM.
