So cool! – Thanks to another reviewer, I saw that using distilled water makes crystal clear ice. I also learned that if you keep the machine running 24/7 you don’t need to keep the ice in a freezer. Even though the tray area is not temperature controlled, it is insulated and when the ice does start to melt it just makes new ice. We use the machine a ton! My husband was going through an ice obsession and we were buying 5 22 lb bags at a time and storing them in coolers till they melted. Our ice machine on our freezer is broken and we have no room for bags of ice! Plus, Waste of money and my poor back! Now we have ice without the ugly coolers all over my living room! So happy with this purchase!

Changed my life – I used to hate freezing ice in the freezer. It always had a strange taste. The ice I make in this machine doesn’t taste strange. It tastes great! I prefer to use the large setting for making ice. The first batch is usually not that big because it’s not as cold, but after that the ice starts to get thicker. I would definitely recommend this if you want ice that tastes good.

This is amazing! – I love love love this ice maker. I was truly surprised by how fast it can fill up our ice bucket!! (we bought a bigger one to keep in the freezer). We timed it, and it fills our bin (14x8x4in) in abuot 5-6 hours. This probably lasts about a week or more before we need to fill up again, and we use ice every day! My only complaint is sometimes it doesn’t work… the machine comes with a troubleshoot sheet for some common issues that occur, and we tried them, but this issue was weird … – it seemed to only work at night.. So when tried making ice during the day it would say “add water”, but it was filled to the max fill line. But we never seemed to have this issue at night… Very funky, but aside from that, it’s amazing!

It Was Great…Until It Wasn’t – UPDATE: Seller was very quick to respond. Gave us instructions on how to clean the inside (which unfortunately didn’t solve the issue) and then sent us a replacement within a couple of days. Very impressed with the customer service!!

Sweet Ice Maker – I Truly don’t have any complaints about this unit, it makes Ice fast and a perfect size , I only made the Large size cubes and they are perfect for me, It’s easy to use easy to clean simply fill up to water line select cube size and within 5/7 minutes you have enough ice for a decent size glass for your beverage selection, what else could you ask for or expect, When I purchased this machine I didn’t know what to expect or if any tabletop ice maker was worth the money or effort I went on YT and looked up this particular brand and watched a few videos explaining how/ what the product did, I chose this Maker and have had nothing but praises concerning the functionality and performance of this machine, I stand on my purchase and share with the world if you need a inexpensive tabletop ice maker this unit will and can get the job done.. I have to let everyone know this I’m not sure if other makers provide a way to keep the ice stored for future use this machine doesn’t you have to remove the ice from the storage bin and put in freezer for future use, if other models allow you to keep ice in storage bin til ready to use that’s great this maker does not , it’s not a freezer for ice it’s a maker of ice just a little FYI. If that’s a dealbreaker for you don’t get a tabletop ice maker if you understand that this unit will only make ice and not keep it frozen til use then grab you one you want regret it,,, I haven’t…Hope this helps someone .. Good for daily use! – I am embarrassed to admit that I have left this machine running (excluding rinsing and draining tank) for about 3 weeks now and it shows no signs of slowing down. However, I will not be doing so in the future as I prefer to add longevity to the use of the item. It is so easy to operate and maintain, just follow the instructions and go thru the clean function now and then and your good.
