My model had a malfunction. – This ice maker makes ice quickly, it tastes great, it’s easy to use. My only complaint is it kept freezing up and making a knocking noise. You would have to open the lid and break the ice away from the machine and let it start over. This happened 3-4 times the first day we owned it.
