Great customer service – This mini fridge is perfect size and kept all of my skincare and makeup products cool; however, after about 5 the fan completely stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were extremely understanding and helpful in resolving the issue.

Unfortunately, it just started having trouble staying cold, so we reached out to Cooseon about the issue. they responded in less than two days and are issuing a full refund. We are bummed that our fridge did not last as long as many others did but we are grateful for Cooseon’s help!

Convenient and very functional – I gave it 4 stars because there is a lot of condensation inside no matter what I do. I’ll deal with it because it’s the perfect size to fit in my bathroom and I keep all my face care products in it as well as my packaged singe use eye and face masks. But there is definitely drops of water on the bottom every day no matter how many times I wipe it up. I’ve even tried placing a paper towel in there but it’s just soaked by the next day. The only other request I would have is to have an adjustable shelf. I wish I could make the top shelf a little shorter so I could fit a taller bottle on the bottom. I have only used it for cold so far not hot but there is a switch on the back if you choose to do that. I also haven’t traveled with it so I can’t comment on that.

3 because you can’t adjust the temperature and it doesn’t get as cold as I’d like it too! – I love my cooler for all my moisturizer I changed out my vanity mirror to this one because it had different levels of an LED light for it. Keeps my moisturizers nice and cool so when I apply it to my face it feels sooooooo great. I only keep my moisturizers and face mask in here and love it. This would not keep your drinks cold if that’s what you’re looking for it keeps my moisturizers nice and cool it doesn’t get really cold just cool. I wished it would get a little colder though. It’d be nice to be able to adjust the temperature. I haven’t used the heat or anything and don’t really have a use to use the heat for anything. I haven’t traveled with it. I love this mini fridge! 🙂 – I love my mini fridge! I use this to store my skin care products and masks. Product was securely packaged. It was very easy to set up. I placed mine on my bathroom counter, and just plugged it in. You’re able to select the warm or cool option on the back of the fridge. You’re not able to adjust the temperature, but that’s fine with me. I love the built in mirror! You can adjust the lighting with a push of the main button. It’s very bright, and I don’t need to keep another mirror on the counter so that’s a plus. Yes, you can hear it when it’s on, but it’s more of like when your typical AC unit kicks on in the house. It’s like background noise, it’s there but very subtle. When I close the bathroom door, I can’t even hear it. Doesn’t bother me a bit.
