Attractive great quality product – Very happy with this purchase. Looks great, works great, great price. I like that it has 2 light levels and 3 fan levels. I did not have issues with dents or buttons not working properly as others had reported. Keep an eye on price as it goes up and down frequently. I waited until I saw it hit the lowest I had seen. Took me a hours to install but it was the first one I put up so it was due to inexperience. All existing holes did not line up and had to be modified. Make sure to order a cord as one does not come with it. I believe that is standard but some I had looked at, the cord was integrated. I would highly recommend this product.

Scratch so no installation – I dislike that it was scratched. Even though it was a tiny scratch it was right in front of me. Other than that it looked beautiful. Since everything is new in my newly remodeled kitchen I don’t want to start off with scratched stainless steel. Hopefully the new one I ordered will not be scratched or that one will have to go back also.

Sleek and Works as Promised – Took me a while to figure out how to actually “scroll” through the settings. All you have to do is gently touch and it works great. I was trying to “push” a button. It was just a learning curve for me. Now it changes from one setting to the next so smoothly I feel silly for making it so difficult at the beginning. FYI my 15 year old daughter and I installed this. I don’t have a vent to the outside, however.

Finally a nice range hood in black stainless! – I purchased this range hood to replace an old Broan range hood in stainless steel that had a broken bulb bracket and was always extremely difficult to access and change the bulb. It was probably 10+ years old and no longer matched in my kitchen with my new Frigidaire Gallery appliances in black stainless. I searched high and low for a mid-range hood that fit the bill and wouldn’t be a huge hassle to install. I took some measurements, searched for those specifically and found this range hood. First off, I’d like to add some pros and cons.

Great Quality – Pleased with this one. It has 2 round lights with changeable bulbs. Newer version has LED “modules” that look like a PIA to swap out when they go. The round ones here twist out.

Not as quiet as advertised and installation isn’t trivial but it looks pretty good… – I bought this to replace an existing Broan range hood in our kitchen when we refaced our cabinets. It was the same height and width as the previous hood with the same type of duct so it looked like it could be swapped in easily. I did the installation myself and it wasn’t very difficult but it also wasn’t trivial.
