Liner tray – Let me start by stating that all range hoods are NOT built same or equal. Before you purchase understand that the lunatic that built my hood could not follow direction, read or measure. That being stated my hood is 36.5 wide and from there it was a free for all and it was installed with the cabinets. It was impossible to remove without cutting the previous range hood and tray in half. All the screws were from inside out. I’ll simple state as a very qualified DIY individual this one was a challenge.

Nice product – Worked for our new vent hood had it installed by carpenter since was little smaller than our space extra things had to be built. But the shape fit was what we needed and was easy for them to install.

Nothing wrong with the liner, BUT… – Nothing wrong with the liner, BUT…Dear Broan, If you want to be thought of as corporate cheapskates who will happily inconvenience customers to save a nickel, here’s how: Sell a piece with 6 mounting holes, then include a sealed packet with 4 mounting screws. Two stars off for stupidity.

Seems to be a good unit. – We had some problems fitting this tee shaped hood liner in the space available. Had to shim out the cabinets to keep from crushing the hood liner on installation. Hood liner looks like stainless in photos, but is actually some grey coating, but should hold up well. Had to drill a couple of holes because the holes were not right for the Broan PM390 that we installed.
