Decent product, noisy, horrible outsourcing service hell – We purchased this unit through another supplier. The igniter went out, a simple part, which arrived promptly. It took one canceled appointment then another who said he couldn’t fix it, and reschedule for a THIRD appointment. We will have been without an oven for going on two months, on a six-month old unit. Do not buy ZLine ANYTHING — their service outsourcing is a joke.

Very noisy cooling system; good burners; – 5 stars for the look and the packaging; burners are excellent and adjustable, so you can get a perfect simmer; oven is not very good: temperature is not very uniform, but it is to be expected because it is big and the brands that offer a good big oven , they charge you 3 or 4 times more! In total, 3.5 stars
