Doesn’t Work/Zero Customer Service – We purchase a Z-line freestanding dual fuel range for our kitchen remodel. It hasn’t worked properly since we got it. The oven does not heat past 400 on the highest high bake setting even after preheating for over an hour. The bake or convection cannot reach and or maintain a temperature of 350 once food is in there (even if the temperature is set to MAX). The knobs become so hot when the oven is on we can barely touch them. When the food does bake, the back left corner does so in 1/2 the time of the rest of the oven. 2 of the 6 burners consistently will not light.
