Did the install today – Double boxed, outer box was ripped but inside was good, had decent protection around, still was bit dented on the right side of door. Got it installed with help of handyman , ran first rinse cycle. Doesnt seem too noisy right now.

Nice drawer – A little bit shorter than the average 18-in dishwasher. Take a little more work than I expected and a 1 and 1/2-in gap with my cabinet which they tried to fix and we’ll make it better

Not what I expected – My biggest complaint is the silverware compartment is in the center of the bottom leaving hardly any space to load large plates, another thing I don’t like is the door shuts If the bottom rack is not pulled out. It also takes two hours to wash if not put on quick cycle, which is one hour. I’ve had quieter dishwashers but it’s tolerable. As far as looks, it’s what I was looking for with the stainless steel look trimmed in black. I would not purchase this item again.

Extremely sensitive overflow sensor made it a nightmare to install! – 40 hours of work later and I finally got the dishwasher working. It has an extremely sensitive overflow sensor, just the smallest amount of water gets in there and it gives you an E4 error. Because of this I literally spent 40 hours installing this thing looking for leaks, reinstalling the air gap, etc. In the end how I got it to work was I took the bottom panel off and put three small fishing weights in the styrofoam overflow sensor to weigh it down a little bit more so a few drops of water wouldn’t set it off. I recommending spending the extra money for a name brand, or just take out the water sensor all together or do what I did. After I finally got it working it seems to run good.

18” hard to find under $500. – All stainless steel, Seems to be well built — we will see how it holds up, but so far it’s perfect.

NO POWER CORD – This thing shows up with no power cord. And its not like you can buy one that just plugs in, you have to hardwire a power cord into the terminal yourself.
