I love this thing – This thing is amazing. The beeps will get on your nerves at first but you get used to it. The ice is a nice size and stay pretty solid. It doesn’t keep them frozen but they last a good while in the ice basket. Make sure to follow the directions and clean it and flush it because there is a weird smell and taste if you don’t. ( i didn’t lol i was anxious)

Already broken – I can’t give this review any stars because it hasn’t even been a year and the machine stopped making ice. We did the trouble shoot and it still isn’t working. This thing cost $100 and for it to already have problems in a few months is NOT cool! How do I get a refund or replacement?… I’ll be more than happy to ship this back!! Ugh

If you are an ice conisur than you will love this ice machine! – I LOVE my ice machine. We bought this because the ice machine in our refrigerator broke and it makes enough ice for the three people in our house. The only reason I did not give it 5 out of 5 stars is that it has an annoying alarm that goes off every time the water tray is low or the ice tray is full. This can get really annoying since it is constantly making ice. I wish it had a silencing switch to turn off the alarm and only used the little indicator lights to let you know when you needed to add water.
