No power – Tried washing 3 pieces of underwear. The clothing never moved. Its really showy ifbitbis put in just water, but there is not enough power to do the job.

How to work around the weak suction cup problem… – This was a disappointment at first. The suction cups are useless. I was about to return it, but I decided to see what the unit would do. So, it does not stick to the bottom or sides of the sink. It tends to rotate upside down. I put some non-delicate items in the sink to see what would happen. I found that if I tether the suction cup on the cord to keep the unit near the corner, that it would operate without harming anything. It actually did clean the clothes. Then I added delicate washables. Again, no problem.
