Works better than other hot plates that cost significantly more! – The hot plate does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s very good at keeping the food piping hot – better than much more expensive warming trays – but not dangerously hot. I would highly recommend this item.

No temperture gage. – Product works finem but you really need a temperature control on the unit. Without it, you will burn the food not keep it warm.
