Good quality inexpensive dishwasher – This dishwasher worked out well for us… looking for a relatively inexpensive way to add a dishwasher to our apartment. We’ve been using it for 2 months now and no issues. Make sure you read the installation instructions carefully and find exactly which parts come, or do not come in the box. My plumber had to run out a few times for parts.

acceptable – It works. The instructions for unboxing the dishwasher were inside the dishwasher, so not very helpful. You will need a plumber and/or electrician to install this because it was missing a key part and has no power cable (and no, I wasn’t expecting a pigtail, but it had no power cord at all.) Also a load takes a very long time because it runs off cold water and heats the water itself. (No, it is not an option to feed it hot water to speed things up; it will just break itself overheating your hot water.)

NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY – The box had a label that said it must be connected to the COLD WATER supply. The instructions in the manual said it must be connected to the HOT WATER supply. When I called the company to ask which, they didn’t return my call. I connected it to the cold water supply and it didn’t ever get hot. Connected to the HOT WATER it works fine. I hope nothing goes wrong because the company doesn’t seem to be there when you need them.

Really clean dishes – The best cleaning dishwasher I ever had. Even on quick cycle. The racks are kind of different. I got more dishes in my old one.

Customer Service is not acceptable all the way up to management – Upon arrival, this was the perfect dishwasher for my bar area. Upon installation from a certified plumber, the tub/basin is leaking at the bottom which gives an E4 code. The certified plumber was able to remove side panels and such and we were able to see the leak on the bottom….not from the drain hook up nor from the waterline hook up. Gave them a call, they don’t believe the plumber and want me to pay to have the dishwasher sent back, per their warranty. I asked for a list of technicians they use in the field….they don’t use them nor to they offer a service center. It must be shipped back and I have to pay, not them. I asked them to ship another with a return label and he laughed, then stated not happening. Their warranty states it must be shipped back to them at my cost and they will evaluate. Meanwhile, I have to carry dishes upstairs for the next several weeks while this is going on…..NOT acceptable.

Great product! – Love this little dishwasher, fit perfectly in the small space I had available, holds more than I expected and really cleans the dishes well, no more scrubbing before putting them in, just rinse and it does the rest, very pleased with my purchase. Can’t beat the price as similar products available elsewhere where twice the price. Other reviews said they had problems with leaking at the door, I have had it for several months and no leaks. Suspect that maybe others installed it incorrectly, it needs to be level. Stainless inside and out, looks great with other stainless appliances and will stay nice on the inside over time. Works great and very quiet!

A good machine – We have a small “galley” kitchen and as we remodeled I liked the idea of saving space with an 18″ dishwasher. I had the machine shipped to our home in Costa Rica. Plugged it in and it worked just fine from the starting line. I like it.
