DO NOT BUY!!!! – I had this machine approx 1 month before I realized that the clothes were coming out dirtier than they went in. Sometimes there are even new marks on the clothes, but always there is lint and hair all over the load. I purchased a matching set dryer and it doesn’t remove the lint through it’s cycle either. I have contacted Samsung multiple times for over a month and they won’t refund or replace; they say their warranty (which is NOT listed anywhere) only offers that if I “qualify” because my machine is defective. The technicians that have come to the house say the machine isn’t “broken” – which means it’s just a crappy product. Apparently, if you spend $800+ on a major appliance, Samsung don’t care if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase. You are stuck with it. What a horrible business! #samsungus #samsung

Constantly unbalanced – do not buy – We bought this washer two years ago. Initially, it worked fine. For the past few months, it is constantly unbalanced. A wash cycle that would typically take less than an hour now takes half a day because the clothes have to constantly be redistributed. Even after redistributing, we still get the UB prompt. I have resorted to wringing clothes out manually out of desperation for the cycle to complete. Do not buy this washer. It is a waste of money, water, energy and time. We will be replacing it even though it is only 2 years old.

Colossal waste of money – We bought this washer and after only a few months, every load we tried to wash gave me an unbalanced load code. They sent a technician out who found the drum was loose and the right rear leg broke inside the machine. Samsung will not cover it calling it “physical damage” caused by physical force on the machine or improper use. Since most people get their washers and leave them in one spot, apparently this washer can not handle washing regular clothes or blankets for more than a few months. Colossal waste of over $600 as we can not use the washer any longer and samsung wont stand behind their product and fix a simple leg.
