      Dented and Wobbly – Bottom of back side was dented making the fridge wobbly. We put cardboard under. Did want to knock the dent out as it may effect the wiring that makes the fridge run. If the manufacturer see this what do you do when shipment has been damaged? That is too much work to box it back up and return it.

      Hoping for a good result – I received a fridge that doesn’t get cold. Unfortunately I was in the midst of a kitchen remodel, and it was more important to me to have the item on hand to get it’s exact dimensions than to verify that it functioned. Plugging it in two months later, it didn’t work. Customer support has been good, and hopefully it will all work out ok. Will update.

      Perfect for extra refrigerator for outbuilding – This product was for my parents as a spill over for their small house refrigerator. Sits in an attached outbuilding and it has done a great job of managing a few extra items that they use often but the extra doesn’t fit in their small house refrigerator. Looks good and works well.

      Wishing I’d have read the reviews prior to ordering this fridge. – 1st off, I had it plugged in over 7 hours before the compressor finally shut off. I have the temp set on 3.5.

      Good product – Amazon is a DISASTER – Buy this somewhere else!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! – The package arrived in great condition. The box was in great condition, but there is a 7 inch round and inch deep dent in the product. It had to come that way from the manufacturer. The box was fine. The delivery people were friendly and handled the item with care. Amazon support said I needed to return it, because they couldn’t guarantee the functionality with the dent. BUT, it took me talking to 17 people at Amazon to organize a return. Then, once the return was organized, the pickup company came over 24 hours early. As I sit here, I got a text for the pickup tomorrow. Amazon support who coordinated this said that I would have my refund immediately. Guess what? I do NOT. They haven’t even recorded the item as a received return. I HAD TO CALL AMAZON TO TELL THEM it was picked up. I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. The shipping company that picked it up didn’t have paperwork for me AT ALL, so I had to take a picture of their form they had me sign. Amazon refuses to recognize this as a returned item at this point. I am now on hold with the TWENTY FIRST HUMAN BEING who is actually quite kind, but doesn’t have authority to help me. She’s doing her best. I’ve lost track of how many phone calls it’s been. For the refund, and how many hours I’ve had to work to get my refund, I think I’m making about FIVE US DOLLARS an hour on getting my money back. I am totally at a loss, and was last told I will get my money back in THIRTY DAYS. Not the “Immediately” I was told when I started this process. THIRTY DAYS. Buyer beware. Don’t buy BULK ITEMS FROM AMAZON.
