Customer service was great. Oven came damaged they sent a new one right out. Would deal with again! – Nice oven for my apartment

Company stands behind their product. – Range arrived with front of back splash dented. Contacted company and followed directions received. Quickly came to fair agreement. Everything works and is nice looking range. Great for our downstairs kitchen.

directions seem to be incomplete – i know – who thought you would need directions with a stove . well with this stove and the new 1996 upgrade to a 4 prong plug – my house is still 3 prong – and is the ground that one with yellow striped wires running to it but no green screw. none of these appear in the wiring scheme on the back of the stove , and is that a broiling pan but there is a second one covering the lower elements and they refer to shelves but there is only 1 even if they speak of 2 and a fan ? what is the fan doing , it is not a convection oven is it? now i am going to turn it on .

it is not 24″ wide it is 23.5″ wide – Delivery was superb, they delivered in the rain a week early. The only problem was communication as they told me it would arrive on the 18th and it was delivered on the 11th so I was not home when I received a call that I needed to be home to sign for it. It does not get to 450 degrees as another customer stated, it does get to 400 degrees however. It is 1/2″ smaller than what the main description said so I have to purchase an insert to keep items from falling in between the oven and the counter. Overall it is working fine otherwise and none of the issues are worth sending it back over.
